The Pluribus Europe’s learning methodology is based on a process-oriented flow to help participants to develop specific competencies, skills and strategies. The design is highly interactive, experiential through participative exercises role-play scenarios, video cases or real case studies, with the right combination of individual reflection, pair sharing and group dialogues.
Our Pluribus Europe facilitators are not the “teachers”. Indeed they are “role modelling” inclusion and are encouraging the dialogue and the learning by the richness of experience sharing. Overall, our learning sessions focused on engaging the Head, the Heart and the Hand of all participants:
